Booking policy
The Village’s real, published booking-policy terms — cancellation, payment schedule and accepted payment methods. Holiday surcharges and changeover fees are shown as advisories on the home page.
Cancellation policy
Deposits and rental payments are non-refundable, except where the Village is unable to deliver possession of the facilities, or a second lessee rebooks the cancelled facility for equal or greater economic benefit to the Village.
Accepted payment methods
Company checks, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, purchase orders and cash.
Fees are adjusted annually, based on the Consumer Price Index, commencing January 1 of each year.

This is RCC’s real "Approved Caterers" list — the only vendor directory the Village publishes, and the only caterers permitted to work events at RCC. Insurance status per vendor is not published; confirm with staff before you contract.
